What is the minimum order quantity for corporate gifts?+
Our minimum is 20 units for most products. Some items such as ceramics and cushions have a minimum of 50 units due to production setup. For orders below minimums, please contact us — we handle these case by case.
How long does corporate order production take?+
Standard lead time is 5–10 business days after order confirmation, depending on quantity and product. Express 3-day production is available for urgent orders — mention your deadline in the quote form and we'll confirm feasibility.
Can I see samples before placing a bulk order?+
Yes. For orders above 100 units, we produce a pre-production sample for your approval at no extra cost. For smaller orders, a digital mock-up is provided before production begins. Physical samples can be arranged for a nominal fee.
What personalisation formats can you apply to our logo?+
We accept AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, or high-resolution PNG files. Our design team adapts your logo for the appropriate personalisation method — engraving, debossing, embroidery, or printing — and sends a mock-up for approval before production.
Do you deliver to multiple locations across UAE?+
Yes. We coordinate bulk deliveries to single or multiple addresses across all seven Emirates. Split shipment to different offices, event venues, or employee home addresses can all be arranged — specify in your quote request.
What payment terms do you offer for corporate orders?+
We accept bank transfer, credit card, and cheque for corporate orders. Standard terms are 50% deposit on order confirmation, 50% before dispatch. For established clients, 30-day net terms are available on request.
