What kind of items can I personalise? +

How do I add my personalisation text or design? +
On each product page, you can enter your desired text directly. For a more visual experience, our Design Studio lets you preview your personalisation on the product in real time, choose fonts, colours, and position your text before adding to cart.
Do you support Arabic text personalisation? +
Yes. Most of our products support both Arabic and English personalisation. Simply toggle the language selector to Arabic (عربي) on the product page or Design Studio and enter your text in Arabic script. We handle right-to-left formatting automatically.
How long does processing and delivery take? +
Processing time is 1–3 business days for production. Standard delivery within UAE takes 3–5 business days. Express delivery is available within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking confirmation once dispatched.
Can I return or exchange a personalised item? +
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is faulty or there was an error on our part. If you receive a defective or incorrectly personalised product, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will resolve it promptly. See our full Return Policy.
Can I preview my personalised item before it's produced? +
Yes. Our Design Studio provides a live digital preview of your personalisation on the product. Please note this is an approximation — the actual product may vary slightly due to manufacturing processes and material texture.
Do you offer bulk or corporate order discounts? +

Is my payment information secure? +
Yes. We use Checkout.com, a globally certified PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Your card details are never stored on our servers — they are handled entirely by Checkout.com's secure infrastructure. We also support Apple Pay and Google Pay for additional convenience.
Can I send the gift directly to the recipient? +
Yes. During checkout, you can enter the recipient's delivery address directly. You can also add premium gift wrapping and a personalised gift message — the order will be delivered beautifully presented, ready to gift.
