All orders are subject to a processing time of 1–3 business days, during which your items are made-to-order, packaged, and prepared for shipment. Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.
For personalised items, additional production time may be required. Our team will communicate this to you at the point of purchase.
Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are:
- Within UAE: 3–5 business days (Standard) · 1–2 business days (Express)
- International orders: 10–15 business days, subject to customs clearance
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery option and location.
Free standard shipping on all UAE orders above AED 200.
All orders are delivered via a reputable courier service. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number. If no one is available to receive the delivery, our courier will contact you to rearrange.
We ship to a variety of international locations. Please note that the customer is responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be incurred at the destination country.
